0.8–18 GHz Miniature Single-Channel RF Upconverter
Manufacturer: Shenzhen Huashi Digital Technology Co., Ltd.
The 0.8–18 GHz Miniature Single-Channel RF Upconverter is a high-performance frequency conversion module developed by Shenzhen Huashi Digital Technology Co., Ltd. Designed for RF system integration and R&D, this professional RF upconverter utilizes a surface-mount, two-stage frequency conversion architecture. It converts IF signals (1.8 GHz center frequency, ≥1 GHz bandwidth) and low-power 0.01–2 GHz signals into a full 0.8–18 GHz RF output, which can directly drive external power amplifiers.
Engineered for extreme miniaturization, the module features detachable SMP-J connectors and an ultra-compact form factor of 58.1 × 20.2 × 7.7 mm. It delivers a stable receive gain of 50 dB ±1.5 dB and integrates independent digital attenuators for both RF and IF paths (0–31 dB in 1 dB steps for RF; 0–31.5 dB in 0.5 dB steps for IF). Two switchable dual-LO configurations are available to accommodate diverse test frequency bands. With its miniature size, high integration, and SMT mounting capability, it serves as a core upconverter component for RF laboratories and wireless communication R&D projects.
