DCH-3100P is an AVS+ receiver and decoder processor compliant with the GY/T 257.1-2012 industry standard for “Advanced Audiovisual Coding for Broadcasting and Television – Part 1: Video” (AVS+). It is also compatible with MPEG-2 (MP@ML&MP@HL), MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 standards, supporting decoding of high-definition (HD) and standard-definition (SD) video formats such as AVS+, MPEG-2, and MPEG-4 AVC/H.264. For CI descrambling, it supports various conditional access systems including Conax, NDS, Nagra, Cryptoworks, Irdeto, Mediaguard, Viaccess, and Yongxin Shibo. Utilizing unique digital decoding technology and dual PCMCIA interfaces, it can receive various encrypted satellite/cable/terrestrial digital TV signals by swapping different PCMCIA modules.

DCH-3100P boasts a rich array of interfaces, supporting multiple tuner inputs such as DVB-S2/T2/C/T/DTMB/ABS-S, ASI inputs, and TS/IP inputs. After demodulation and descrambling, signals are output to backend equipment via ASI and IP, as well as HDMI. DCH-3100P supports HD and SD MPEG-4/H.264, MPEG-2, and AVS+ video decoding, as well as digital audio decoding. It features analog audio-video signal outputs (CVBS) and balanced audio outputs, as well as digital audio-video interface HDMI. DCH-3100P is a professional-grade HD digital TV signal receiver designed specifically for content providers, broadcasters, cable TV, terrestrial TV operators, etc. It can be widely used in various digital TV networks to meet the customized needs of operators at all levels.
